I just realized that the whole idea of Primaries pisses me off. Let the DNC and RNC whine and moan about dates all they want; they love it. Primaries are the purest form of politics: they don't contribute to actual government one whit.
Down with the two-party monopoly! I have no means to express how pissed off I am at both parties, and I'm sure they like it that way.
Why can't we have presidential elections like the French? Chaos, with a runoff.

I just read this comment and damn, Peter, I agree with you. However, I don't know how the French do it, but I think all the primaries should be on the same day...cut out this state to state political bullshit...every state should matter. I'm sick of the decision being made before PA votes. To hell with Iowa and New Hampshire, I want to vote for Mike Gravel or Ron Paul...screw McCain, Giuliani, Romney, Clinton, Obama, and Edwards! Let the people speak and say to hell with them and the media!
