Perhaps this is Putins way of getting into Animal Rights. He makes the analogy in public of kissing a boy's stomach being like petting a cat. The obvious conclusion is that children are like cats. From that, the obvious generalization is that animals are equal to people and so starts his campaign of Animal Liberation!!!
