A Veto
For those who keep track of such things, Bush has finally vetoed a bill. Is this a clear sign that Bush is losing control of his party in congress? Or does it mean nothing at all?

I think it means that when Congressional Republicans refuse to pass the same bill in 2009 because Hillary is President, they'll be a bunch of two-faced goons.
